Why Co-Intelligent exists.

I built Co-Intelligent because founders deserve a thinking partner who tells them the truth, finds the story their business was always meant to tell, and doesn’t hand them a bloated bill for the privilege.

I’m not the most decorated person in the room. Four ventures, no degree, and enough classrooms taught to know that conviction outlasts credentials every single time. What I do have is 15 years of watching what actually moves people and an almost embarrassing belief that one honest human insight, pursued with patience and precision, will outperform any campaign that mistakes noise for resonance.

Products don’t sell. Stories do. I’ve believed that my whole career. I’m done being quiet about it.

What those same two decades also taught me is that the gap between great and average almost always traces back to the same place. The behavioral question was skipped. Co-Intelligent exists because Ruhayl and I kept arriving at the same diagnosis independently. We decided the more useful thing was to say it out loud, to the people who need to hear it, with enough experience behind us to make it mean something.
